..NEVER GIVE UP

.."Never Give Up" from the album American Trash marks the fourth time music from the album has charted within a week. The network announced Monday, July 31, "Never Give Up" by Jean Beauvoir from his most recent album American Trash had hit #4 on the Indie Radio Top 30 Charts.

The album "American Trash" was written about a fictional strip club after a friend at a favorite haunt suggested to Beauvoir he write something new for them. The conversation and request triggered a thought and the album "American Trash" was born paying tribute to the ladies who have supported musicians throughout the history of music. The album also reunited Beauvoir with former writing partner Micki Free who was also part of the original line up in the Beauvoir band Crown Of Thorns.

Beauvoir who began releasing music from the album to select radio stations this year has watched multiple songs on the album hit various music charts. Music from several other Jean Beauvoir albums have been hitting music charts in the Top 5 during the past two weeks including "Hike It Up" #3 (Jean Beauvoir & Crown Of Thorns debut album) "Faith" #2 (Jean Beauvoir & Crown Of Thorns Faith album) "Home Again" #2 (Drums Along the Mohawk) and "If I Was Me" #1 (Drums Along the Mohawk)

He was also a longtime songwriter and producer for the legendary Ramones, who influenced generations of artist's and fashion icons as well. Together the Plasmatics and the Ramones became "two of the most revolutionary bands" in music history. Their members are revered  as the Godfathers and Grand Dame (Wendy O. Williams) of Punk & Metal.

Throughout his storied career since the Plasmatics Jean Beauvoir has collaborated (written and/or produced hits) with KISS, The Ramones, John Waite, Debbie Harry, N'SYNC, Lionel Richie, Nile Rodgers, Desmond Child, Doro Pesch and many others, including five Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame inductees.
